• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the f99 Platform. Each person is entitled to hold only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes. The use of false names, fictitious dates of birth, or fraudulent identification documents is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have otherwise requested that f99 restrict your account access. If you have previously requested self-exclusion and subsequently attempt to register a new account, f99 reserves the right to close that account without notice.

f99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documents, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Management

To access real-money gaming on f99, you must complete the registration process in full. Registration requires a valid phone number or email address, a date of birth, and the creation of a secure password. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

Account Verification (KYC)

f99 reserves the right to determine whether a player's wagering activity is inconsistent with bonus terms or conducted in bad faith, including through low-risk or arbitrage-style betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. In such cases, f99 may void the bonus and related winnings without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f99 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details. This includes accounts held for the purpose of circumventing prior restrictions, suspensions, or self-exclusions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interfere with, manipulate, or gain an unfair advantage over normal gameplay processes or the Platform's systems.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping, coordinated betting, or signalling of hole cards in poker variants.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering operations, or any other unlawful source. f99 cooperates with law enforcement and may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without notice to the account holder.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software or games. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of a known or obvious software error are void and will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or f99 staff via any communication channel including live chat, email, or in-game communication features.

f99 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and associated withdrawals placed on hold. f99's findings following such an investigation are final and binding. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to balances held at the time of closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether f99 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

f99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While f99 takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain Platform availability and security, unplanned outages, maintenance windows, or third-party network failures may occasionally affect access. f99's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

f99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating the Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of f99 to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of f99's right to enforce that provision in the future.
